A highly respected Construction Consultancy with a real focus on sustainability, is seeking a Monitoring Surveyor with ideally a minimum of 1 years monitoring experience, as they increase their London team.

The Monitoring Surveyor's Role

The successful Monitoring Surveyor will come from a Quantity Surveying background and shall work alongside the Monitoring Director within a client facing capacity, helping to deliver a full range of development monitoring services.

Day to day, the new Monitoring Surveyor will be involved in reviewing and appraising costs, risk management, report writing, travelling to sites, and preparing technical reports.

The Monitoring Surveyor

  • Minimum of 12 months monitoring surveying experience
  • Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
  • Ideally MRICS, or working towards
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Driving licence and car
  • Quantity Surveying background
