We are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to spearhead our software compliance and rostering systems, driving excellence across our division. 

 As the Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of homecare services, ensuring clients receive the highest quality of care.

You'll work in a dynamic environment where innovation, teamwork, and excellence are at the forefront of everything we do.

The Role: Leading Innovation and Excellence

  • System Leadership: Lead the continuous review and development of our software-based compliance and rostering systems. From setup to optimisation, you’ll ensure seamless utilisation and integration of new systems.
  •  User Management: Oversee user groups and licenses, guaranteeing everyone has the right access for their role.
  • Training Guru: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff. You’ll create and update "How to Guides" and other training materials to ensure everyone is up to speed.
  • Liaison Expert: Work closely with software providers to address system issues, understand requirements, and stay ahead with future developments. Keep your team informed by reviewing and cascading release notes.
  • Project Leadership: Lead projects to implement, update, review, and optimize our software systems. Ensure staff competency through regular reviews and data analysis.
  • Error Management: Undertake data cleansing and implement process changes to reduce common errors across the division.
    Compliance Champion.
  • Quality Services: Maintain high-quality services, ensuring compliance with the Health & Social Care Act 2008 and Care Quality Commission regulations.
  • KPI Achievement: Work with the Director to set and achieve KPIs, establishing robust methods for planning, recording, delivering, and reporting activities.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure full compliance with all organizational policies and procedures
  • Service Development Innovator
  • Efficiency Projects: Manage projects aimed at enhancing service efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with Registered Managers to consistently improve services.
  • New Work Methods: Develop and embed innovative ways of working, ensuring consistency across all services.
  • Management Reporting: Produce monthly management reports to identify areas for improvement and planned actions. Participate in Senior Management Team meetings to drive strategic initiatives.
    Quality Assurance Pro
  • Process Design: Design, implement, and maintain software-supported quality assurance processes. Promote high quality, best practices, and continuous improvement across the board.
