Position Details:

• Role: Onsite Coordinator
• Pay Rate: £12 per hour
• Type: Temp-to-perm
• Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 05:30 - 14:30

Key Responsibilities:

• Check in staff for their shifts and efficiently coordinate the workforce.
• Conduct site inductions for new personnel, ensuring they are well-prepared to excel in their roles.
• Confidently communicate with candidates and clients, providing excellent service and support.
• Monitor productivity levels and proactively address any issues that may arise.
• Embrace a flexible problem-solving approach to meet tight deadlines within a professional environment.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor, upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills with acute attention to detail.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing environment.

• Previous recruitment experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
