Falcon Green is working with an Irish-owned main contractor in search of a seasoned Design Manager with an Engineering background to lead the design process for a new build RC frame residential project in East London. As the Design Manager, your engineering expertise will be pivotal in driving the project's success and ensuring a seamless integration of design and construction elements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the design process from inception to completion.
• Integrating engineering principles with practical construction needs.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless design integration.
• Ensuring all design aspects align with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Overseeing design-related documentation, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborating with the project management team to deliver a high-quality, innovative, and functional residential development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Design Manager with a main contractor.
• Strong engineering background with a deep understanding of construction design processes, particularly RC frame structures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in design software and project management tools.
