Package:

• Salary: Up to £30k per annum

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with a varied workload on a callout basis

Duties: As a Field Service Callout Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly and efficiently to callout jobs
• Conducting installations, maintenance, and repairs with precision
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and quality service
• Managing your workload to meet service level agreements

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work on a callout basis within normal working hours, with variable daily workloads
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Previous experience in a field service engineering role
• Proficiency in basic plumbing tasks and technical troubleshooting
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
