As the Head of Subsidence, you will have the responsibility of overseeing the operations across all of the UK.
The role will involve allocating claims to teams of engineers as they handle a portfolio of projects for properties (listed buildings, stately homes etc).
You will also maintain service levels & technical output, staff appraisals & training / development etc.
We are ideally looking for an experienced Regional Manager; someone that enjoys managerial work, would relish the task of being responsible for a national field force and can demonstrate a track record of ‘getting the best’ out of a team.
MBEng or MRICS qualification is essential.
