Customer Service Representative
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 plus bonus
Location: Greater Manchester
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm
Our client is market leading in the property sector in Manchester.
They have an exciting opportunity with a role that is at the heart of their award winning and growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Handling all telephone and online enquiries, ensuring that the brand is represented appropriately and meeting customers’ expectations where possible.
- Working to individual and team KPIs.
- Responding to all customer contacts in a friendly and timely manner and record all information required to support on-going customer relationship management.
- Ensuring online enquiry service levels are continually achieved and exceeded where appropriate.
- Adhering to policies and procedures.
Who we’re looking for:
- Customer service experience.
- Desire to succeed.
- Excellent sales skills
- PC Literate
- Problem solving abilities
- The drive to build customer rapport
- Ability to handle pressure working in a busy environment.
