A forward-thinking Cost Consultancy are looking to add a motivated Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in North London, near Islington.
The role of the Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor
The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will be joining a small cost management consultancy who are looking to grow their team, especially their MEP team.
As a company they cover projects all over London and the southeast of England and deliver a range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Mixed Use, Education, Healthcare and International. The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will come in to complete mainly Residential and Commercial projects in central London.
As the Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, they will be running projects from concept to completion and supporting, mentoring and help to develop the junior staff on site.
This is a perfect opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor who is keen for promised progression within a growing company.
The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor
- BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- MRICS or currently working towards
- MEP Experience
- Experience within a private practice / consultancy
- Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
- Capable of supporting with the management of a team and mentoring junior colleagues
- Proficient in the use of IT including Microsoft software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
