The Construction Project Director Role

This pivotal role focuses on the Logistics sector, offering a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and expand project operations.

The successful Project Director will play a critical role in shaping the consultancy's strategic direction in the logistics market, as well as managing the current team with the aims of growing and building the team in the region.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing new business opportunities and winning work to ensure continuous growth in the logistics sector.
• Maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and professionalism.
• Overseeing the full spectrum of project delivery, from initial client meetings through to successful completion.
• Leading and managing a dedicated team, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.

The Construction Project Director

The incoming Construction Project Director will work in a highly client facing role, winning new work, forging new relationships and maintaining strong relationships with current clients. You will also have:

• A degree in Project Management or a related field.
• Professional accreditations (such as RICS, APM, or equivalent) would be ideal
• Previous Project Management experience in a UK Consultancy
• Previous experience working in the Logistics sector
• Proven ability to win new business and develop client relationships.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of running a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for client interaction and team management.
