Residential Support Workers (Children's homes)
Cheadle Hulme, near Manchester Airport, SK8, Cheshire
We are recruiting talented and caring Residential Support Workers for our small setting of 4 bed homes for our children's home and our short breaks home for children (age range 3-18 years old) at our site in Cheadle Hulme.
Experience in a care setting is preferred but may not be required, and if you share our values, and want to make a real difference, then we would like to hear from you!
· These roles will involve providing night time care and support for our children including personal care needs, mobility, daily routine support, communication and independent living skills.
· Some challenging behaviours may present, so candidates should be comfortable working in this type of environment
· GCSE English and Maths (grade A-C) or level 2 literacy and numeracy is a requirement for these positions - QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children's & Young People's Workforce/Residential Childcare is also required

· 7.30am - 3pm / 3pm - 10.30pm
