Job Title: Site Manager- High-Rise Development
Location: Coventry
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Company Overview: A leading main contractor specializing in high-rise multi-room developments is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee the internal works of a major project in Coventry.
Key Responsibilities of a Site Manger:
- Manage and coordinate all internal construction activities.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise and direct site staff and subcontractors.
- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports.
Requirements for a Site Manager:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-rise developments.
- Strong knowledge of internal construction processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Commitment to health and safety standards.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Qualifications
- UK main contracting experience.
