As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of various projects within the civil engineering sector. You will manage and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The role will involve working on projects related to highways, infrastructure, bridges, transport, and more. Your experience with NEC and JCT contract management will be pivotal in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver civil engineering projects, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of projects, maintaining quality standards.
• Lead project teams, coordinating activities, and ensuring effective communication.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and JCT contract requirements.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to foster strong working relationships.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering sector.
• Extensive experience with NEC and JCT contract management.
• A strong background in highways, infrastructure, bridges, and transport projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
• Experience in a contractor, consultant, or client-side role is highly desirable.
