About the Role

The AM2 Centre Administrator is a key part of the AM2 Test Centre Team, working within a team that supports both learners and staff throughout the year.  This role is extremely important in assisting the AM2 Test Centre team to achieve its goals which link into the RNN Group’s mission.

You will be committed to providing an excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. 

As Administrator for the Centre, you will be greeting customers into the Centre, handling general enquiries both in person and via telephone/email, bookings rooms, scheduling learner assessments, data management of internal systems and working/communicating with external employers, partners and clients to promote the reputation of the Centre.

You will liaise with external partners (College’s Employer Training Academies) with scheduling dates for assessments and ensuring systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner.

Attention to detail is essential in this role as the postholder will deal with data and information, sharing relevant information with appropriate parties, checking documentation aligned with awarding body requirement and processing applications in line with SLA’s.

Through a proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused approach you will help the College achieve our mission to provide skills for the future of our students and community, through outstanding teaching and learning.  Your work will ultimately lead to increased number enrolments, highly accurate data plus positive development of the College reputation.

You will…

You will have experience of working within administrator, within a similar environment or ideally within a training or education organisation.

You will hold a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths (or be willing to undertake) as well as a Level 2 Business Administration or Customer Service (or equivalent).

As the administrator, you will report to the AM2 Centre Manager and work as part of the AM2 Test Centre Department.
