Position: Caretaker
Location: Medway
Salary: £15.84 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay)

Are you a dedicated and reliable individual looking to maintain a safe and clean environment in the Chatham, Rochester, and Gillingham areas? Join our team as a Caretaker and help keep our facilities in top condition. This role involves primarily external work with some internal tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Litter Picking: Keep outdoor areas clean and tidy by regularly collecting litter.
• Bin Store Management: Ensure bin stores are clean and ready for scheduled collection.
• Internal Works: Perform tasks on one site, including minor repairs, maintenance, and cleaning.
• Enquiry Response: Address inquiries by removing trip hazards and performing basic DIY tasks such as changing locks and fitting notice boards.

Requirements:

• Basic DIY skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
