We are looking for:
Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Swansea, Wales
Project: 50 Timber Frame Houses
Contract Length; 12 months Immediate start
Job Summary:
An experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of 50 timber frame houses in Swansea. The role involves managing on-site activities to ensure timely, within-budget, high-quality, and safe project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage construction activities; ensure project delivery within schedule and budget.
Site Supervision: Oversee daily site operations; manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff; conduct regular site inspections.
Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively; coordinate material delivery and storage.
Health and Safety: Enforce health and safety policies; conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
Quality Control: Maintain high-quality workmanship; ensure work meets project specifications.
Communication: Serve as the main contact for clients; provide regular updates to the Project Director.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in site management, particularly in timber frame construction.
