Working with a Housing Association to look for a Finance Manager to join their growing team
Location: Nottingham
Onsite Requirements: Hybrid (2 days a week)

What the Finance Manager will do:
- Rent and service charge reconciliations
- Medium/Long term forecasting and financial business plans for the organisation
- Prepare cash flow reports
- Lead year end audit
- Manage statutory accounts
What the Finance Manager will have:
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification
- Practical experience within audit
- Line management experience
- Background in financial accounting
- Experience working in Housing and a regulated environment
