LETTINGS VALUER / LISTER – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Ruislip, HA4

Salary: OTE £50k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Our client is a highly successful, independent Sales and Lettings Agency and they are looking to recruit a Lettings Lister / Valuer to join their professional team based at their Ruislip office.

You will need to have a great track record and a high level of experience in residential Lettings and of generating and winning business from both Landlords and applicants.

You will be enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and have the ability to build great rapport with people whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.  

You need to be able to work independently as well as being part of a team. You will thrive in a target driven industry and work well in a pressurised environment.

Previous experience of having worked in residential lettings is essential as is the ability to step straight into a role where you are winning instructions is vital!

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Valuer / Lister (Estate Agent) role will include:

• Excellent previous experience in Residential Lettings
• Significant Listing / Valuations experience
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge and living close to the Worcester Park area essential
• Full Driving License
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency & Lettings
• A keen desire to want to develop a career in Property
