About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team on a full-time basis. This role has become available due to an exciting expansion in our team, and we are eager to welcome a new member who will bring fresh energy and ideas.

You will be working closely with our Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students, supporting a class size of approximately 25 students. Your role will involve both assisting the class teacher and leading small group sessions, making a direct impact on our students’ learning experiences.

Application Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent.

• Proven experience working with primary-aged children.

• Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum.

• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff.

• Passion for supporting children’s learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons.
• Leading small group and individual learning sessions.
• Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Providing support for students with special educational needs.
