Our client is a well established construction business based in Cheshire with offices and construction sites across the North West.

They are now recruiting for an office based Customer Care Co-ordinator to assist their Aftercare team, ensuring that customers receive the very best care following their home buying experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Working closely with Customer Care Manager, the successful Customer Care Co-ordinator will provide an efficient, accurate and responsive customer service by receiving and responding to customer communications and co-ordinating contractors and internal operatives to ensure all issues raised are monitored and satisfactorily resolved through the 2 year warranty period and beyond in accordance with the company’s commitment to exceptional service.

  • Responding swiftly to customer requests and keep the customer informed of service activity.
  • Managing operative diaries and arranging appointments for service calls.
  • Raising instructions/defects notices via customer service database to Contractors, Suppliers, Site Manager etc.
  • Monitoring, reporting and updating on the progress of works.
  • Ordering materials via buying department or directly with suppliers.
  • Logging incoming invoices and tie-up with contra-charge notices.
  • Monitoring Sub-Contractor performance and report to Customer Care Manager.
  • Producing accurate weekly and monthly reports.
  • Managing and maintaining the customer service database.
  • Effectively managing customer expectations and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Working as a participative member of the Customer Care Team.
  • Actively focusing on self-development and the improvement of Customer Service Customer management skills.

Previous experience of performing this role directly for a residential developer is essential.
