We have a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team based on projects in zone 1-2 of central London. With a solid leadership team, this is a great experience to develop and grow throughout a company with £1B turnover!
Requirements
- 5 days a week on site in Central London
- Commercial experience
- Cut & Carve experience
- Confident leading jobs of up to £50m
- 2 stage tender experience
What we offer for project Quantity Surveyor
- Competitive basic salary and annual bonus of up to £90,000

You will be responsible to lead phase 3 of the project valuing at £45m.
