Flourish Education are recruiting for an Early Years Teacher to work in a Local Authority Nursery School in Rednal. The nursery has children aged between 2-4-years old and has a Forest school.

Our client is looking for a Nursery Teacher to work full-time, long-term, starting from September until the end of the academic year. This role has full class responsibilities, but you will be working alongside another Teacher, responsibilities also include, planning, preparing resources and marking, as well as giving direction to Teaching assistants during the day.

This Early Years Teacher role will be a full-time, 8:30-16:00 – term time only, and would be long-term starting in September until the end of the academic year.

Required skills and experience for this Early Years Teacher role:

• To hold the relevant teaching qualification (Qualified Teacher Status – QTS)
• Previous experience working in Early Years (EYFS) within the UK (preferred if you have previous experience in a Nursery school or Nursery class within a Primary School).
• Confident in creating good quality relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
• Able to deploy teaching assistants effectively.
• A DBS on the Update Service or issued in the last 12 months.
• A minimum of 2 references are required.

Onsite parking is available, but the school is easily accessed via Public Transport.
