My client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Compliance Project Manager (Uplift Program) on a initial contract basis. This is a full time role, Inside IR35 and Hyrbid (Based 3 days onsite in Brighton).

This role will focus on project management, analysis and execution of key compliance initiatives for the business including:

  • Uplift of the counterparty due diligence program to reflect changes in business models and regulator expectations.
  • Rollout of the Compliance Program & Risk Assessment Process
  • Development of Legal Entity Compliance Program

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop project plans, including definition of key activities, identification of dependencies and stakeholder support needs to inform end-to-end delivery timelines.
  • Definition of requirements for core deliverables in partnership with SMEs across Global Compliance & Ethics
  • Compliance process and procedure design and implementation.
  • Project oversight including status reporting
  • Preparation of materials to support steering committees and other senior leadership updates.
  • Ensuring timely identification, assessment, prioritisation and management of risks and issues.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of Compliance Risk Management Programs, Compliance Risk Assessment including counterparty due diligence.
  • Results driven, with proven project management skills in the delivery of similar projects against aggressive timelines across a matrixed environment.
  • A multi-tasker, able to prioritise multiple initiatives simultaneously and still achieve results.
  • Proven analytical skills, with proficiency in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Detail orientated, with a keen eye for detail, ability to produce high quality documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with a broad network of stakeholders to drive projects forward as well as effective issue identification and resolution.
  • Relationship builder, with proven experience in gaining trust quickly and delivering value.
  • Strong communicator, with experience of engaging with senior management.
  • A fast learner, with an ability to learn new processes and capabilities quickly.
  • Self-starter with high intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and an ability to adapt to change.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and fluid business environment
