FT Recruitment are recruiting for one of construction companies based in the Sutton Coldfield area.

We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our construction team. As a Builder, you will be responsible for various construction tasks, including but not limited to electrical work, utilizing power tools, roofing, plumbing, welding, masonry, fabricating structures.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be able to work efficiently to deliver high-quality results.

Duties:
- Perform electrical work as needed on construction projects.
- Utilize power tools for various construction tasks.
- Execute roofing and plumbing duties according to project requirements.
- Weld metal components when necessary.
- Engage in masonry work such as laying bricks or stones.
- Fabricate structures based on blueprints or design plans.
- Work with hand tools to complete detailed tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in electrical work, power tool operation, roofing, plumbing, welding, masonry, fabricationand hand tool usage.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job.
- Certification or training in relevant construction trades is a plus.
