Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience working with NEC3 or NEC4 contracts on projects attached to Water utility companies?
 
My client, a civil engineering contractor on the Northumbrian Water framework, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work with their wider commercial team in managing water sector projects using the NEC form of contract.
 
You will work on clean & waste water, infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects attached to Northumbrian Water. Candidates must have Water sector experience and a working knowledge of NEC contracts.
 
Your role will involve the preparation of interim valuations and final accounts, procurement of subcontractors, material cost control and working with the project delivery teams to monitor project progress.
 
This is a hybrid role so your time will be split between my client's office in Durham and your home.
 
The ideal candidate will:
·Have experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Water sector.
·Have excellent NEC3 or NEC4 contract knowledge.
