This independent Bar & Restaurant in the heart of Leeds city centre are looking to recruit a head chef to head up the team of talented chefs serving a modern, all day casual dining menu of pizzas, burgers, small plates and sharers all made each day from fresh inhouse.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• A keen eye for detail, and a passion for your craft

• Experience working in a fast-paced fresh food led kitchen

• Experience working within a similar independent casual dining venue

• Experience running service to high standards, and being always in tune with your team

• Spot on knowledge of stock control, costings and menu planning

• Understanding of the latest allergen, H&S & haccp procedures and regulations
