What You'll Do as a Resourcer

* Find talented people in the tech industry
* Talk to potential candidates over phone and email
* Match candidates with job openings
* Help set up interviews for recruiters
* Use smart software to find candidates more easily
* Build and grow a network of potential hires

What You Need to Be a Great Resourcer!

We're looking for someone with about 6-9 months of experience in any type of recruitment or candidate sourcing. But don't worry if you're coming from a different background like real estate, sales, or professional sports - we're interested in your potential as a Resourcer!

Most importantly, you should have:

* A positive, can-do attitude
* Strong people skills, especially on the phone
* Basic computer skills (like using Excel and email)
* Great communication skills
* The ability to work well in a fast-paced team
