The Role
As a Transport Recruitment Consultant at Rapier Employment, you will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process for transport and logistics roles. This involves sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates into suitable roles while ensuring the needs of our clients are met. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any issues.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
• Manage the candidate database, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurately reflects the status of each candidate.
• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
• Utilise social media and other marketing strategies to promote job vacancies and attract a wider audience.
• Deliver induction programs for new hires, ensuring they understand the company's policies, procedures, and their specific job roles.
• Utilise your sales skills to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

 
Requirements

• Previous 360 recruitment experience is essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail oriented with strong organisational skills
• Results focussed with a goal-oriented mindset
• Able to understand candidate and client needs
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to take call during busy periods. We do have out of hours function
