12-month initial contract

Onsite - West Midlands

£40 per hour (Inside IR35)

About the company

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Solihull, who are seeking a Systems Trainer to join their team

Job Description

As Systems Trainer, your main responsibilities are:

  • Deliver role-based user training
  • Support our onsite training team with administration activities
  • Evaluating users' level of knowledge
  • Conducting training impact assessments
  • Creating stakeholder training and engagement plans

Qualifications / Skills needed

  • 3+ years as a Trainer
  • Good at planning and coordinating multiple activities, amongst a wide stakeholder group
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing processes
  • Previously used SAP EN or Articulate
