Recro are looking for trainers to run our award-winning programmes which help people get back into work.

Ideally you will have worked in recruitment but may also have worked in career coaching, learning and development, mentoring, training, psychology or personal and professional development.

As a trainer, you will facilitate programmes which help people get the life and career they want, for groups of jobseekers who are then supported by our recruitment team into work.

Our programmes deliver a paradigm shift in confidence, aspiration, motivation and self-esteem. They utilise personal and professional development material combined with recruitment training, coaching and mentoring.

The trainer will also explain how recruitment works, have the experience to explain the employers’ and recruiter’s perspective and deliver practical training, advice and examples which help people re-enter the workplace.

Your background

You will be a trainer and will have strong interpersonal skills, ideally with recruitment nous and the flexibility to adapt your style to different environments. Your expertise and passion to help is obvious, as is your credibility and gravitas.
