Job Summary:
We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee a project in Bedford.
Need to have a SMSTS Card.
The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the site, including supply chain management, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have keen understanding of business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all site operations, including production, assembly, and logistics
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Oversee supply chain activities, including inventory management and procurement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
