Role Responsibilities:

• Support Senior Engineers: Assist in delivering the scope of works efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor Subcontractors: Oversee subcontractors' work and progress on site, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• Detailed Record-Keeping: Maintain a comprehensive diary, recording and raising any site issues.
• Quality Assurance: Verify subcontractors' work aligns with the provided information and maintain progress, testing, and quality trackers.
• Health and Safety: Ensure all site activities comply with approved safe systems of work.
• Permits and Briefings: Produce and brief permits to work, draft and distribute start of shift briefings.
• Setting Out and Surveys: Perform limited setting out and surveys as required.
• Daily Progress Tracking: Use Aphex to monitor daily work progress and re-measure completed works, keeping detailed records.
