Our client is looking for an energetic, comprehensive Finance Administrator to join their busy team, on a Temp to Perm basis.

Responsibilities as Finance Administrator

  • Comprehensive administrative support, including some general HR functions
  • Responsible for day-to-day financial processes
  • Credit card transactions, petty cash and inbox maintenance
  • Raise Sales invoices, generate aged creditor reports
  • Reconciliation and financial reporting
  • Maintain membership databases

What you need to bring:

  • Excellent IT and Excel skills
  • Experience with Sales/Purchase Ledgers
  • Highly organised
  • Adaptability
