The IC Design Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development and delivery of advanced silicon solutions. You will be responsible to guide cross-functional teams, make critical technical designs and ensure the successful execution of projects from concept through to production.
  
The IC Design Manager role requires a deep understanding of silicon technologies, a strong background in semiconductor design and the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
  
Key Responsibilities for the IC Design Manager:
- Over the architecture, design and verification of complex silicon components and systems
- Provide guidance and direction to a team of engineers, ensuring best practices in silicon design and development
- Work to define project scope, timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Work closely with other teams including software, hardware and system ensuring to ensure seamless integration of silicon solutions
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability in all silicon designs thought rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Create and maintain design documentation throughout the project lifecycle including schematics and test plans.
  
Essential skills required for the IC Design Manager:
- Proven experience in silicon design alongside technical leadership
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor design including ASIC, SoC and FPGA development.
- Experience with EDA tools, Verilog/VHDL and RTL Design.
