Our local authority client is looking for an experienced Rough Sleeper Outreach Manager to join their busy team based in Enfield. Full details below:
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Support officers in reducing rough sleeping in Enfield.
- Engage with individuals who are homeless, with complex needs, and are street homeless or at risk of becoming street homeless.
- Collaborate with internal and external agencies to provide comprehensive support. Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about working with people, with a “can do” attitude.
- Committed, resilient, empathetic, and skilled in working with and reporting data
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Experienced in managing a small team.
- Experience of working a similar role
