Warehouse FLM

Multiple Shift Available:

Option 1: Tuesday – Saturday – 6am – 2:30pm

Option 2: Saturday and Sunday ONLY 10am – 6:30pm 

£15.82 Per Hour

The Candidate

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a Warehouse Management role (Essential)
• Knowledge of WMS (Essential)
• Experience managing a team of around 30.
• Experience handling tasks such as lateness, disciplinaries, 121’s, appraisals.
• Knowledge of improving warehouse processes (Desirable)
• Experience in warehouse set ups (Desirable)

The Role

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 30 to achieve daily operational goals.
• Ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, optimising space and resources.
• Allocation of workload to the correct persons / department.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, addressing discrepancies and maintaining accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline warehouse processes and workflows.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Prepare and present reports on performance and operational KPIs to upper management.
• Planning workflow within the warehouse.
• Involvement in disciplinaries, lateness, KPI’s, 121’s, appraisals etc.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
