Position: Warehouse First Line Manager (FLM)

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: 09:30 - 18:00, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse operatives to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring all processes run smoothly and targets are consistently met.
• Health & Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all company and legal health and safety regulations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any operational issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to daily activities.

• Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment.
