Job Description of the Digital Marketing Specialist:         

• The company are seeking a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take our digital presence to the next level. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to co-develop yearly European digital plans with our Marketing manager, spearhead content creation across various channels, and implement a cutting-edge digital strategy, based on your in-depth analysis of analytics, that will elevate our organizational priorities.

Tasks and responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Specialist:

• As the Digital Marketing specialist, you'll be the mastermind behind our international digital communications, including SEO/SEA, direct response, website content, social media, and more. You'll also play a pivotal role in operational activities and analytics, ensuring the digital presence is optimized for success.
• Reporting to the European Marketing Manager, you'll be a key player in liaising with stakeholders across the organization, fostering collaboration, and driving impactful results.
• Lead website content maintenance and enhancements, maximizing lead acquisition and optimizing lead acquisition costs.
• Drive our Google Ads campaigns across multiple European regions and markets, tailoring them to meet local requirements.
• Dive deep into Google Analytics data, creating actionable reports and leveraging website KPIs to refine our digital strategy.
• Become our champion of Social Media performances, both organic and paid
• Utilize SEO tools to analyse company keyword positioning on search engine results pages (SERPs) for different markets and regions.
• Amplify our backlink strategy by identifying relevant industry websites/portals with high authority and negotiating valuable links.
• Keep a close eye on competitor digital activities, staying one step ahead of the game.
• Stay up to date with the latest Google algorithm evolutions, advising the Marketing Manager on necessary updates to optimize our strategies.

Requirements of the Digital Marketing Specialist:

• Passionate about the digital world, with an intimate understanding of Google and its intricacies.
• Obsessed by figures, data and trends
• 8+ years of relevant experience in a similar position within a B2B company.
• Driven, proactive, and detail-oriented, leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of excellence.
• A self-starter, capable of thriving in a remote work environment with a manager located in a different country.
• Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Any other European language will be a real asset, preferably one of these: German, Spanish or Italian.
• A master multitasker, adept at prioritizing and juggling responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
• A creative problem-solver, ready to explore innovative solutions and think outside the box.
• A collaborative team player with strong diplomatic skills and a collective sense of responsibility.

Salary:

• Up to £45,000 pa depending on experience.
