Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute a range of digital marketing activities for our diverse client portfolio. This position demands a hands-on professional with a focus on content creation, social media management, email campaign execution, and website maintenance. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Client Account Manager, ensuring the seamless execution of strategies to achieve client objectives.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Coordination: Develop, schedule, and post engaging content across multiple social media platforms for Sixothree's clients. Continuously monitor performance, making data-driven adjustments to enhance results.

  • Content Development: Craft compelling content for blogs, emails, newsletters, brochures, and websites. Ensure all materials reflect the client's brand voice and adhere to SEO best practices.

  • Email Campaign Management: Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns. This includes template creation, workflow automation, and performance analysis to drive optimal results.

  • Website Maintenance: Regularly update and manage client websites, ensuring all content is up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for search engines.

  • Digital Advertising Support: Assist in the planning and execution of paid online advertising campaigns. Responsibilities include keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign performance analysis.

  • Campaign Implementation: Execute marketing initiatives as outlined by the Client Account Manager, coordinating with external vendors as required.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing activities. Utilize tools like Google Analytics to generate insights and recommend areas for improvement.

  • Industry Research: Conduct market research to support ongoing marketing strategies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor movements.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of website content management systems (CMS) and search engine optimization (SEO) practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete tasks efficiently with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
