Job Title: Showroom Manager
Location: Slough
Salary: £30,000 basic, OTE £55,000
Hawkfield Recruitment is working with a well-established Automotive Dealer Group based in the High Wycombe area. We are looking to recruit a Showroom Manager for their Slough dealership.
This highly successful business has grown significantly over the past 20 years: with locations in London, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, and Hertfordshire, they are still growing!
Role overview:
- We are looking for a Showroom Manager to manage the sales environment, the people, and the process to ensure maximum profit opportunity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities as a Showroom Manager be:
- To manage the sales process in order to maximise gross profit earning potential
- To manage the sales environment and ensure compliance with the Sales Code of Practice
- To manage the sales team to ensure all F&I and insurance-related products are offered to every customer
- To ensure compliance with the FCA Regulations
- To carry out daily sales meetings each morning
- To ensure the customer has an exceptional experience by continuously reviewing and improving customer care standards
- To be fully compliant with Mystery Shop Standards as set by the brand
- To totally manage the renewals process including operation of Chrysalis Management System
- To manage dealership web presence (pricing, photographs, descriptions etc).
- To deputise for the head of sales in their absence

About You:
As a Showroom Manager you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner
- Experience leading a Sales team
- Great computer skills and the ability to multi-task.
- High levels of commitment to providing the best customer care
- A positive and friendly attitude in the work environment
- A professional approach with the ability to mentor others
- Strong attention to detail and compliance
