Showroom Host/Service Admin
We are looking for a Part time or Full time Showroom host/Service Admin to work in Heathrow. We require good quality candidates for our client.
You must have excellent written and verbal english learning, Great telephone manner and a positive can do attitude, have a bubbly personality, able to multitask and thing on your feet.
Duties
- To ensure messages are passed and received when calls are not connected.
- To offer beverages and ensure waiting customers feel welcome and looked after.
- To ensure all areas are presentable and maintain customer waiting area and kitchen.
- To assist administration and stationary ordering as and when required
- To administer fuel receipts and postal communications
- To assist in administration of marketing, aftersales, parts and sales.
- To monitor and order stationary/beverages as and when required for all sites
- To liaise and work with all areas of the business to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved and exceeded
- Contribute to a positive team performance whilst working on personal benchmarks to optimise personal performance
- Aftersales follow up call to improve CSS.
