What you'll be doing:

This role will involve managing the physical, virtual and cloud-based IT Systems to maintain IT services to support People’s Partnership internal customers and group activities. 

Adhering to ITIL best practices, assist the IT Infrastructure Manger to deliver, maintain and standardize People’s Partnership cloud and on-premise systems, IT hardware, software, telecommunications and networking capabilities. 

What we’re looking for:

• 3rd level Infrastructure and system support within an ITIL framework
• Security experience with Network, Veeam (Backups), SCCM. Microsoft OS or Apps.  
• Delivery of IT systems within a dynamic and fast-moving business
• Demonstrable experience with Azure
• Automation of tasks, processes and deployments
• Support of business applications within a corporate environment
• Worked within SLAs and provide relevant reporting on KPI’s
