In this role, you'll be integral to the project's early stages, focusing on building accurate cost estimates and establishing robust reporting structures to ensure its long-term success. You’ll split your time between the client’s London office, where you’ll collaborate closely with the team twice a week, and your home office for the remaining three days, offering you the flexibility to balance work and life effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports to guide project decision-making.
• Establish and maintain reporting structures that track progress and ensure project milestones are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance, proactively identifying and addressing any risks or issues.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project status.

Skills required:

• Strong skills in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Solid background in project controls, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry considered a plus but not essential.
• Hands-on experience with project planning software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
