We are looking for a IT Project and Delivery Manager for our growing team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle, IT Project and Product Lifecycles. 

• Exposure to Open-Source Software. 

• Usage of supporting tools commonly used in Cloud project deployment e.g., Azure, AWS Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Oracle, 

• Excellent research, analytical, presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills and the ability to create compelling, persuasive pitches to clients  

• Lead a team of Sales Managers while simultaneously driving individual sales targets to cultivate relationships with key and large accounts, including agencies and advertisers. 

• Coordinating recurring projects, scheduling meetings with clients and the relevant team members, ensuring project deadlines are met 

• Manage new client’s onboarding ensuring a first-class service is provided 

• Actively maintain pipeline through Cloud, supporting the throughput of projects by our delivery team 

• Monitor and track progress of projects.Providing weekly/monthly updates to Team Managers, Project Managers and Directors 

• Advocate in using internal sales tools to ensure an efficient process is adopted 

• Establish direct relationships with major advertisers and brands, devising and executing robust business strategies to drive growth and maximize efficiency. 

• Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and build ongoing relationships and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions.  

• Experience establishing and nurturing mid to senior-level, long term relationships.  

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving tools with a 'can do' attitude and the ability to partner collaboratively with other functional areas within the company in support of the sales process 

• Ability to thrive in a growing and evolving environment and contributing to creating solutions as the business grows 

Required Skills: 

• Ensure that teams are improving performance, service, and product quality Manage Agency & Client relationships in the UK region & close deals with agencies and clients. 

• Overseeing their team and ensuring effective and efficient delivery and installation of technology products. 

•  Organizes and manages the various parts of a project to ensure its success 

• Continue to develop a thorough understanding of your assigned market as well as competitor knowledge that can be turned to your advantage.  

• Work towards meeting monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals. 

• Drive customer engagements with pro-active content, campaign led conversations evaluate account performance, identify opportunities and follow up/through on requests. Ensure the account management team is continually putting the customer first and providing world class service.  

• Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth 

Experience: 

Looking for a Project and Delivery Manager with a background in digital media Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Software Development; Project delivery and/or business development experience including working with digital media required, Entrepreneurial mindset is an asset. Past startup experience is nice to have. 

Qualification: 

• Education: Graduat Dégrée in Computer Science, Post Graduation is an Added avantage Industry  

• Certification : - Agile PM Fondation
