Konnect Recruit are recruiting for a high end reputable regional main contractor based around the Portsmouth area who specialise in high end residential house building and also branch out into high quality commerical developments
- Overseeing high-end residential and commercial projects from start to finish
- Managing project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring projects meet contractual requirements, timelines, and budgets
- Maintaining strong client relationships and handling project reporting
- Problem-solving and mitigating project risks
- Driving performance and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in high-end residential and commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong client-facing skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
