Customer Service Administrator

Working within our Data Centre, we are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking team player to join the existing team delivering our customer’s data requirements. Duties include but are not restricted to:

  •  Responding to and recording site-based information from both internal and external engineers into company databases.
  •   Monitoring of systems and projects.
  •   Liaison with and handling of customer queries.
  •   Analysis and interpretation of data.
  •   Creation of project performance reports.

Flexible working hours within a 35 hour a week to work on a rotation basis covering Monday to Friday 06:00 to 18:00.

Person specification:

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and the confidence to build relationships, the ideal candidate must have demonstrable organisational skills and relevant experience in a similar role, however full training will be given. 

Attributes:

  •   Well organised and self-motivated
  •   Excellent attention to detail
  •   Able to accurately follow procedures
  •   Competent using Microsoft packages, specifically MS Excel
  •   Flexible in approach to working hours

In return, we offer full training including attendance on relevant courses if required along with a competitive salary dependent on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check with satisfactory clearance
