Temporary Customer Service Administrator

SF Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a Temporary Customer Support Administrator to join our client in Belper.
This role is to support with administrative support to all departments where required but focusing on customer support, supply chain, accounts and other general administration duties, ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm (30 minutes lunch)
Temporary , 6-8 weeks.
Pay rate - £13 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
To ensure all queries are answered daily..
Administration of customer returns, refunds, exchanges or replacements
Monitoring live chat as necessary and responding to social media queries
Monitor reviews and seek to resolve any remaining issues in a professional manner.
Updating systems and databases.
Communicating with other departments within the company for a prompt resolution of customer queries.
Telephone calls to update customers
