With over a decade of experience in handling properties ranging from flats and houses to offices and shops, they are deeply rooted in the local community while maintaining a global reach. With a combined 40 years of experience, their knowledge of the area’s properties is unparalleled.

We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager to join their Hounslow branch. This role is ideal for a motivated team player eager to learn and thrive in a busy office environment where multitasking is essential.

About the Property Manager Role:

As a Property Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring that lettings property instructions are efficiently managed, maintenance repairs are promptly handled, and new business opportunities are secured. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting property matches and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
  • Scheduling property viewings and registering applicants.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person.
  • Achieving personal and branch targets.
  • Negotiating tenancies and professionally representing the company.
  • Building strong relationships with local property owners.

Required Skills:

  • Ambitious, hard-working, and target driven.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • A customer-focused approach.
  • A competitive drive to succeed.
  • Experience with Alto software is preferred.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the Hounslow area.
  • Proficiency in Panjabi, Telugu, Hindi, or Urdu language is advantageous.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm

Alternate Saturdays, 10am-4pm
