This is a blended role for someone from either FINANCIAL SERVICES or HR Administration and has experience in the Education Sector.

Curriculum Development Consultant

This is role reports to the Head of Sales and Business Development. The person in the role will need to contribute to curriculum development and provide senior level administration support to all aspects of work related to teacher manager. This will be done by managing:

 Existing teacher contracts

 Introducing new/back-up teachers to the LFS faculty

 Introducing new executive education courses appropriate to the client base to be delivered in a range of formats by an expanded faculty in the form of both public and inhouse programmes.

Curriculum Development Consultant Tasks Include

 Review all current teacher contracts and create a spreadsheet summary for the use of the Sales and Operations teams

 Research new programme topics and assess market demand

 Conduct regional analysis (new and existing topics appropriate for different regions)

 Regularly review the current curriculum content for relevance

 Find appropriate teachers from our existing faculty and recruit new teachers

 Agree terms in line with standards and develop new course outlines with teachers

 Test market new material

 Nurture the relationship with our faculty through regular contact

 Provide relevant client and internal feedback to teachers regarding course content and delivery

 Fully understand and observe the  brand guidelines and ethos

 Make regular reports to the Head of Sales and Business Development
