£24,000 - £26,000/annum

Responsive Personnel are pleased to be able to offer a great opportunity for a Administrator to work with a long-standing prominent Swindon Employer

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Ensure the office runs smoothly & efficiently
  • Provide a point of contact for staff and customers
  • Maintain quality levels and ensure performance standards are met.
  • Ordering and controlling of stock to ensure operations runs smoothly
  • Acknowledge & liaise with staff, contractors, and visitors alike.
  • Managing client  records to make sure all files are compliant.
  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointment for potential candidates.
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personal and financial information
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Setting up and booking meeting rooms
  • Answering telephone and dealing with any enquiries

Key Skills and requirements: 

  • Computer literate with good knowledge of all Microsoft programs.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident, polite, and friendly telephone manner.
  • Ability to work alone or as part of team.
  • Good organisational skills
  • Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks

Hours - Full Time, Temp to perm

8:00-5:00pm Monday to Friday

Salary: Starting from £24000 per annum
