Duties & responsibilities:
- Ensure the office runs smoothly & efficiently
- Provide a point of contact for staff and customers
- Maintain quality levels and ensure performance standards are met.
- Ordering and controlling of stock to ensure operations runs smoothly
- Acknowledge & liaise with staff, contractors, and visitors alike.
- Managing client records to make sure all files are compliant.
- Organising meetings, scheduling appointment for potential candidates.
- Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personal and financial information
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Setting up and booking meeting rooms
- Answering telephone and dealing with any enquiries
Key Skills and requirements:
- Computer literate with good knowledge of all Microsoft programs.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident, polite, and friendly telephone manner.
- Ability to work alone or as part of team.
- Good organisational skills
- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
Hours - Full Time, Temp to perm
8:00-5:00pm Monday to Friday
Salary: Starting from £24000 per annum
Location - Swindon
