We are recruiting for a MIG & TIG Welder's to join our customers based inRedditch, who are a dedicated team of of product specialists and engineers.
Hours and Pay for MIG & TIG Welder's
5 Days a week
Monday - Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities for a Welder/Fabricator
- Handle and position metal components or assemblies to be welded, ensuring proper alignment and fit-up according to welding specifications.
- Perform MIG & TIG welding operations to join metal parts or structures together, using a handheld welding gun to deposit molten filler metal along the joint while maintaining a stable arc.
- Monitor weld quality during the welding process, inspecting weld beads for proper fusion, penetration, and appearance.
- Make adjustments to welding parameters as needed to achieve desired results.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing welding.
Skills for MIG & TIG Welder's
- Attention to detail.
- Previous experience welding to 40mm thickness
- Strong emphasis on workplace safety
